What is your best weight loss tip?

I have been dieting and I have lost a few pound. Instead of fitting into a size 9, I’ve gone down into fitting into the size 2-5 range but I still have a bit of belly fat I want to get rid of 🙂

My best tip is to work out 4-5 times a week and focus on aerobics for at least 45 minutes.

What are some weight loss tips that have really worked for you guys? I though it’d be really interesting to see what else works for others.

i eat pretty healthy, excersise a lot… go to the gym and work out, and i dance but does anyone have weight loss tips please? like how to get nicer abs too?

Maricela answers:

I have lost weight by cutting down servings, not going back for seconds and giving up sweets and less carbs. Drink more water and less or no sweet drinks. My activity includes walking 3 or 4 days a week along with other activities and sports which include exercise. I did not lose fast but in 2 months about 7 pounds. Good luck and stay with it.

I was just wondering if anyone had any weight loss tips that worked for them? I know you have to eat healthy and exercise, I’m not looking for a magical cure, just a bit curious, that’s all. (:

Drinking a lot of tea and nothing else, except the occasional glass of milk.

i was just wondering if anybody knows of good weight loss tips to lose about 20lbs or so. ive just recently heard that eating eggs for breakfast will help, is there any other ones like this?

Eat regularly

Most dieters think that by skipping meals they are going to lose weight quickly. NO! It doesn’t work like that. If you skip meals then your body starts to think there’s a famine coming, which means your body piles on the fat to survive the famine. Eat regular meals.

Don’t Deny Yourself

Many dieters will deny themselves anything naughty such as chocolate, cakes and so on. Trouble is, when you deny yourself something, you want it more. So instead CHOOSE not to have it, because then you are in control. Occasionally, you may choose to have it, which is great too.

Drink, drink, drink

And no, I don’t mean alcohol. I mean yummy, delicious water. Drink plenty of it as it will flush toxins from your system and help keep you healthy. The experts recommend that you should drink at least 2 liters (just over 4 pints) of water every single day. Avoid caffeinated drinks and fizzy soda’s as these don’t help quench your thirst or remove the toxins from your system.

Alright, I am trying to get this down to a simple statement to save me time and you reading.

Wanna lose weight, quit buying into the crap on tv. This is how you do it. Man and woman, your bodies work the same in regards to energy consumption.

1. Do like the Europeans: eat 5-6 meals a day at least, small proportion.
Example: Morning – toast, jelley or bagel and low fat cream cheese
Mid afternoon – some fruit or snack
Afternoon – sandwhich and vegetables
Mid evening – small snack
Dinner – something light like fish and rice

Just an idea, but the idea is not big proportions at all but very small. Dont eat out you cant control proportions eating out the restarante does.

This tricks your bodies metabolism into a increased fat burning. I.e. Your body thinks another meal is coming soon so it uses more stored energy and doesnt bother saving as much = (less absorbtion by the intestines). Less meals equals body saying “crap dont know when I am getting fed again start saving = (slow down intestines so we absorb more cals)

2. Exercise right: you need to get that heart rate up to 60% AT LEAST and keep it there for more than 30min to burn calories correctly.

3. DRINK more water. Especially you women. Hello your body needs it so give it. Avg. 8 liters a day, not too much you can drown yourself.

4. Women – eat adequate calcium (so your not hunchback when your older Osteoporosis), and dont dodge carbs thats retarded and will decrease your brain activity.

Men – increase protiens when you start the muscle building stage (hint: only after you lost the fat) also you need more carbs than women.

Summary: pretty simple, it works and its proven not like the garbage thats on tv or like the adkins thats proven to kill you. Its just how our bodies have been working since we were alive. Oh and quit weighing yourself thats not going to do you any good. Your weighing everything in your body but you want to know how much fat.

Google search how to check your body fat % and stick with that gauge and not a scale because you will see more detailed results that your wanting and not weighing things like how dehydrated you are or whether your constipated lol.
