i want to look hott this summer, and the holidays are coming up. which usaully means gaining weight. do you any good ways to lose weight and keep it off?

Maricela answers:

Hi,

The actual quantity of food you eat is not the issue. Food is not the enemy and it isn’t the reason why you are overweight. In fact, food is the most powerful fat burning tool. The reason why you’ve failed to lose weight and more importantly keep it off is because you’ve been eating the wrong types of foods and the wrong type of calories at the wrong times of day!

Our own metabolism system play a vital part in controlling the amount of body fat burned in the process of providing energy to the body. Knowledge about our own metabolism function is the mother to all weight loss programs. With the knowledge you not only reduce your weight but able to maintain an ideal weight and living a healthy life. Best of all you can eat what you most enjoyed without gaining any weight.

Your thyroid gland produced a hormone called Thyroxine that raises the metabolic rate of almost all the cells in your body. The increase in metabolism helps you to feel more energetic, burn more calories, and therefore allows you to lose weight faster. The activity of Thyroxine is controlled entirely by the type of food and the time you eat. Therefore, if you eat the correct foods at the correct times of day, you will subsequently “super-charge” your metabolism and lose weight! By manipulating this concept, your body has virtually no choice but to dissolve those immovable pockets of fat that you’ve been trying to rid yourself of for years.

When I was a teen, I was slim, I could wear whatever I want, my body looked good, even my face was slim. I’m 31 now, and I get disgusted and hate it everytime I look in the mirror. I was fat, my face looked like a watermelon. God knows how sad I was since all the good and nice clothes out there didn’t carry my size. Each and every time, I came home from shopping depressed, upset and I ended up hating myself even more. I’d tried low carb, low fat, extremely low calorie diets mixed with running but it never seemed to work. Whenever I would go back to eating a normal amount , I gained back the weight I had lost, and then a few pounds more. It was so discouraging!

I was searching through the Internet looking for fat loss programs when I came across a web site. After reading about the program, I felt some hope that I could get back into shape. I will admit that I am skeptical about weight loss programs but this program offered a money back guarantee, which gave me the chance to try this without fear of wasting my money. I tried it and I am so thrilled that I did. I have lost 58 pounds so far since 8 weeks ago, and feel great about continuing to lose the fat and reach my goals. I’m never hungry with this program. It seems that I eat more than ever before.

My advice is, you don’t need to spend a fortune to reach your goal, just like i do. If you really want to change then surf the link at the source below or else you will get ripped off from online weight loss scam.

I hope this tips would help you.

Weight loss tip 1: Decide how much weight you need to lose – Most people start their weight loss journey by claiming to be xyz kilos overweight. This isn’t a healthy way to project or aim for weight loss. Calculate your desired weight against your height by using reliable methods like the BMI, and set a healthy weight loss target. This is often half the battle won.

Weight loss tip 2: Time management – This is quite often overlooked. Decide which part of your day will be dedicated to exercise, when in the week you will stock up on groceries, and when you will do the cooking – all within your current work and home life routine. If you don’t do this now, your days will be rushed and unplanned, and you won’t be able to sustain your weight loss efforts.

Weight loss tip 3: Stock your kitchen – Keep your house well-stocked with fruits, vegetables, healthy meats, grains, cereals, spices, and flavourers. Follow our tricks to healthy cooking, cooking vegetables for the week, and low-fat cooking posts to understand how best you can stock your kitchen with healthy and delicious ingredients. All of this will go into helping the next step – cooking healthy meals at home.

Weight loss tip 4: Eat healthy homecooked meals – Whether it’s you who’s cooking, a family member, or house help, ensure that every one practises healthy cooking methods, and ingredients. Ask any person who’s lost weight the healthy way, and you will always hear about how healthy homecooked meals were a big reason behind it. Use less oil, low salt, fresh produce, and you’ll start seeing results in no time.

Weight loss tip 5 : Start a cardio + weights workout – A healthy weight loss programme is incomplete without a good exercise routine, and weight training mixed with cardio is the best way to lose weight. Of course, variations and forms exist, but any workout that stresses on muscle tone and increased heart rate will always help you lose weight and keep it off. You can either start a home workout today, or rely on gyms for fitness training.

Weight loss tip 6: Alter your snacking habits . Set those French fries aside, skip that aerated drink, and ban those unhealthy deep fried samosas. Explore the healthy snack world and you will find several appetisers, party snacks, movie snacks and meal accompaniments that’ll satisfy every craving of yours.

Weight loss tip 7: Have at least one active hobby – It isn’t sufficient to rely on just 30 to 60 minutes of physical activity per day. Moving from bed to office chair, and back to bed, isn’t a healthy way to live. Buy a motion sensor gaming console that lets you enjoy social games with friends and family, plan weekend trips, clean your house once a week, dance, play sports, the list is endless. Get out of the coffee shop and dining table rut, and you’ll have fun along with the healthy weight loss

Weight loss tip 9: Drink plenty of water – You’ve known that your body relies heavily on water for all important bodily functions, and yet you skimp on drinking adequate quantities of water every day. Well, it’s time to stop that. Check out some exciting ways to make water interesting and you’ll be packing it away in no time. Do not forget to carry a water bottle to your workout, and take a few sips after every 2-3 minutes of exercise.

Weight loss tip 10: Plan healthy vacations – Why go all the way with healthy weight loss, when one tiny vacation will just come along and topple it all? Healthy vacations aren’t impossible. Take a look at how you can eat smart on a holiday, and then at bodyweight workouts that you can carry with you wherever you go, to understand how to holiday right. Above all, remember that these are lifelong habits that’ll help you stay fit forever and not short term weight loss quickfixes

good luck.

Laura asks…

Does losing or gaining water weight effect the way you look, or just the numbers on the scale?

Does the loss of water weight make a difference in the way that you look? Or does it just affect the number on the scale? For example, it takes me about 5 lb of weight loss to lose a pants size. So if I lost let’s say, 10 lb of WATER – would that still translate into a 2 size loss, or just a difference of 10 lb on the scale?

Maricela answers:

It’s not water, it’s body fluid which includes crucial electrolytes like calcium, sodium, magnesium, etc., and other needed nutrients.

If they get badly disordered via dangerous diet and exercise routines, that leads to heart attacks, etc.

So dont think in terms of losing fluid unless medical doc advises.

Lose the excess body fat. Losing bone and muscle are other risks of bad routines.

You’d have to lose an unsafe amt of body fluid to influence appearance.

Linda asks…

How much weight can I loose in 2 months?

Notice I am not asking how to loose weight. I am asking how much (average) can I loose?

Right now I am 5’3″, I weight 155, I’m 16 years old, A girl. My goal is to loose 50lbs. Also, I have more muscle than your average teen girl. I race motocross and play travel hockey. Idk if that matters though. Anyways, last summer I was really depressed and gained 50lbs. Now I want to loose it.

Maricela answers:

About 15 pounds, unless you enroll in a medically supervised weight loss program.

You need about 1800 calories daily to maintain your weight, more if you are physically active.
It is not advisable to go below 1200 calories a day or >30% calorie restriction without medical supervision, it could mess up your cycles.

Subtract your daily food calories from 1800 + calories burned during your daily activities and divide it by 3500 – this will give you approximate weight in lbs you will be loosing per day – including fat and muscle. If you divide 50 by this number, it will give you the number of days to lose 50 pounds.

Aurametrix can help to monitor your calories and weight loss. It will also tell you how to decrease your BMI without losing [much] weight and what foods make you feel better or worse.
