Will coffee intefere with my weight loss plan?

I am on a weight loss plan to shed about 35 pounds this year. Will drinking a cup of coffee every day slow down my weight loss? I assume that it would be better to use low-fat and low-sugra sweeteners. Any ideas?

Where can I find a good weight loss plan?

I am 19 and I am 5’5″ and I am going to start on april 1 2008, and I want to go from 237 lbs to 130-135 lbs by middle of July to the beginning of August 2008, can somebody help me with finding a weight loss plan that will help with that goal.
I need somthing that I can view or do for free

What your asking for will harm you more than do you good in the long run.

I just found out my scale is 5lbs off, so I was 251lbs, 50+ inch waist. Now I am 5’101/2″ 174lbs, 33 inch waist. I did it with exercise and proper eating habits. I lost about 3 pounds a week, which is what you should do.

I once lost 60lbs in 60 days, literally. I gained it back plus some because I never learned discipline in what or how to eat along with exercising. This time I did it right and have kept the weight off for 6 years now. I lift weights every 2 or 3 days and exercise on a daily basis. I exercise this much because I like to eat some things that I probably shouldn’t. If I didn’t I wouldn’t have to exercise so much.

It took you a while to put the weight on and it should take a while to lose it properly.

What is the best program for weight loss?

I want to lose from 20-25 pounds. I had planned to do this at the end of the summer. Got distracted and can’t remember which weight loss plans I had found. Would like suggestions from any Yahoo people.

Criteria of a Good Weight Loss Program:

If you want to lose some weight, it is not necessary to take natural weight loss pills and supplements. The ugly side effect from taking weight loss pills may outweigh the benefit. The whole idea of a successful weight loss program is to approach it in a realistic manner without compromising your overall health. The following are some of the criteria of a good weight loss program.

• Without using any diet pills or supplements. Although a few type of diet pills have been approved by FDA but there were cases at a point in time, the FDA have approved a drug that is certified safe for the public but later recalls it back when there is a new finding that the drug is not safe in the long term.

• The weight loss program is affordable by all and don’t need to pay a monthly fees to use it. In contrast to diet pills regime where you need to buy it on a regular basis and the amount of lose weight will reversed back once you stop consuming it.

• The weight loss program must prove to be effective in the short and long-term, without need to endure starvation and without any daily athletic workout. (But taking a light exercise every few days is highly recommended).

Since 2005 I have tried reducing my weight using most of the so-called popular weight loss program from the internet but with no avail until I meet the weight loss program that’s finally worked for me with all the above criteria. I’m confident that it will work for you too.

I subscribe to Cooking Light magazine, which has healthy, low-fat recipes.

What is a good weight loss plan for a 14 year old?

i want to lose all my chub….well i m 33 inches aroud my chub and would like to go down ? suggestive numbers? any weight loss plans > i need this done by july

I would recommend eating right and exercising more. Cardio activities make you lose weight faster.
Your diet should include lean means such as chicken, turkey or fish.
Brown rice or wheat pasta
plenty vegetables and fruits
low fat dairy if you eat or drink dairy
make sure you drink water while working out to prevent dehydration

limit your candy and cake intake try to eat fruit instead

make sure you eat fruit in the morning, lunch and have a healthy after school snack

you should have at least 5 fruits or vegetables a day (you can fulfill your requirement by making sure you eat colorful mixture of fruits and vegetables)

blueberries, strawberries, bananas, green peppers, red peppers, yellow peppers, lettuce, broccolli, onion, etc are good examples of a mixture of fruits and vegetable

You will not see much weight loss without doing cardio exercises. So, if you think doing crunches or situps will work, you will not see much results unless you do your cardio activities as well.

This would include:

Running, walking fast, jump rope, running on treadmill, riding a bike, martial arts, dancing, jumping jacks and sports. I recommend joining an after school activity if you can. If not, you can workout at home but you will have to do your exercises at least every other day and start out with stretching (to prevent injuries), then cardio (if you want to get rid of excess fat) and then strength training (if you want muscle).

I struggled with losing weight. When I started doing more cardio, I lost weight faster.
