I don`t think it`s good to start this kind of diet. It will probably lead you to weight cycling. Trust me, that`s a vicious cycle you can`t get out too easy. However, you seem decided to start that diet. The best way to keep the weight off is to count your calories and use a diet planner. You need to pay extra attention to what you eat after that diet ends. You find a good diet and fitness planner at for free. I use it myself for a few months and i`m happy with it. There`s a nice community dedicated to weight loss problems but not only and you can get many advices. They also have interesting diet ideas, maybe you`ll find another diet that works better for you and change your mind. Good luck!

The site is free, you just need to sign up as a member.. They also have a diet and workout planner that shows you how many calories you burn when you exercise, and how many you eat with your meals. That`s how you can find out if you exercise enough. You can also use their weight charts and see whether you`re under/over the daily calorie limit. Good luck!

How to find free time and eliminate personal goals?

I’m not sure how this has happened, but I currently have way too many things to do, from planning my wedding, to cleaning, to practicing singing, piano, the violin, starting my own business, working full time, preparing to move, trying to lose weight, running, etc, I am getting myself really stressed out.

It really does make me sad to think that I can’t do any one of these things, but I know there are just not enough hours in a day.

What is the best way to manage my time and eliminate some of my hobbies and goals?

Im in the same situation atm so i know how this feels…Get yourself a notepad and write down all these things you just listed. Then order them in priority and think how much time a week you should spend on each one.ATM i would say the wedding(congratulations by the way) as once that is out of the way you have more time on your hands to do the other things. With regards to starting the business this can take time and it is best to get it all ironed out before you charge full steam ahead into it. Once you have determined how much time you need to spend on each one write it all down in a weekly planner. AND STICK TO IT… As soon as you begin to stray from the plan it will become messy again. Getting all those thoughts down onto paper and being able to manage it is key. The notepad will basically be your “problem shared = problem halved”. If time management isn’t your thing then simply write down a list of things you want to get done by the end of the week and do them. If you feel yourself getting stressed take time out to practice your instruments or go jogging.As for the weight loss thing if you choose a diet that settles the breakfast and two meals dispute then it shouldn’t eat in to your time too much. Whatever you do don’t get bogged down handling everything at once…Handle each one a little bit at a time in bitesize chunks. You can do it.
