My doctor told me there is no weight loss pills on the market?

I am about 70 lbs over normal weght and when went to my doctor he told me there is no weight loss pills on the market. I am thinkng how can that be? They have medicine for everything!

And I am not relying on pills I do diet and excersize, this would just be additonal help.

I highly recommend forgetting about the weight loss pills. This is going to be one of the biggest wastes of your life. It’s not that they won’t work, because they do, but in the end, you must rely on them. And the moment you start seizing to take them, you will gain your weight back. In fact, you will gain more than you actually lost in the first place. Many people make this mistake, and they wonder how they got there, but actually, it’s really not that hard to understand. So just stick with WATCHING WHAT YOU EAT (not exactly DIETING) and exercising and exercising and exercising. I wish you luck with your weight loss! And for the best results, I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND P90X!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This workout is definitely intense, and you need to totally commit if you want such great results. Good luck!!!

What are some well working drug store weight loss pills?

Please don’t tell me that weight loss pills DON’T work. I’m not looking for something that will make me lose 10 pounds in a week. I’m starting to eat healthy excersise but I’d like to also add some diet pills into the mix to help me lose about 4 or 5 pounds a week!
Btw girl who left the 2nd comment, I clearly stated that I am NOT trying to loose 10 pounds in a week. Maybe next time you should read it correctly before giving your opinion. Thanks!

You can’t lose ten pounds in a week, lmao! But mega t green tea pill is a good supplement to AIDE in weight loss, not cause it by itself. Or just drink regular green tea, i’ve been drinking it daily for less than a month. It curbs my appetite and i’ve lost 8 pounds.

Anyone know any good weight loss pills that truly work? I’m 5’1 and almost 170lbs. Has anyone or known anyone that had any success with a certain pill? prescription or non?

Don’t start on those weight loss pills. They’re all addictive and I don’t care what their labels say, stay away from pills whatsoever.

There are other ways to lose weight that is much healthier for you. First thing’s first, consult your doctor if you are interested in losing weight. He might have suggestions to help you lose weight. He’ll put you on a diet. A diet’s much better instead of the pills. Drink plenty of water, eat plenty of fruits, vegetables. Eat lean meats, chicken, fish. Drink diet colas without caffeine. Caffeine is another reason for gaining weight. If you want to cut out colas, it’s best to do so. Cut back on coffee and if you smoke, stop for your health.

What are the best ingredients in Weight Loss pills?

Can anyone tell me what’s the best thing to look for in weight loss pills?
I’m on a pill right now that’s called “Weight Defense” and it contains Rhodiola rosea Root Extract, Rhododendron caucasium Extract, Green tea extract, and CLA One. Is this a good/bad pill? Any suggestions are welcome!

All pills that contain L-Carnitine is good!
But better is to take pills (for example Lipo-6) AND L-carnitine!

If you really want to lose wight and fat then you should remember and do this:

EVERYDAY RUN (WALK) + L-Carnitine + TAKE LESS CALORIES + LIPO-6 = 100% SUCCESS

1) if you dint have then buy scales!!! That is the first thing to do!!

2) run every 2 days for at least ~30 minutes or/and walk every day at least 5 km!

3) L-Carnitine!!!

L-Carnitine is a nutrient that helps the body turn fat into energy. It is produced by the body in the liver and kidneys and stored in the skeletal muscles, heart, brain, and sperm. Usually, the body can make all the carnitine it needs. Some people, however, may be deficient in carnitine because their bodies cannot make enough carnitine or transport it into tissues so it can be used. Some other conditions, such as angina or intermittent claudication, can also cause insufficient carnitine in the body, as can some medications.L-Carnitine is made in the body from the amino acids lysine and methionine. It increases the use of fat as an energy source by transporting fatty acids into the mitochondria, where they are ‘burned’ to release energy for body functions. It is available in several different forms including propionyl-L-carnitine and acetyl-L-carnitine. Propionyl-L-carnitine, through its enhancement of metabolism has been proven to prevent ischemia-induced heart dysfunction, and acetyl-L-carnitine has been suggested to delay the progression of Alzheimer’s disease. L-carnitine is found naturally in avocados, breast milk, dairy products, red meats (namely lamb and beef), and tempeh (fermented soybean product).

L-carnitine should be taken one hour before you will exercise! (Also you can take L-carnitine with meals or 1 to 1-1/2 hours after meals!)

allows the body to burn more fat, save more glycogen, and ultimately boost stamina and endurance. By providing more fat to the muscles, carnitine makes accessible an otherwise unavailable energy source.

FAT + OXYGEN + L-CARNITINE = ENERGY

5) you MUST change your diet!! Start to use products with less fat, less carbohydrates! Start count your calories! Do not eat more than ~2000 per day and if you feel that you can reduce this number then do it!

Because if you will use L-Carnitine – you will get calories from your body fat too!! So better is to eat 2kg fruits then 1 cheeseburger…
And drink more and more water!! REMEMBER – NO rice, NO pasta, NO pork, NO mayonnaise, NO sweets, NO candies, NO alcohol!!!!!
MORE fruits, vegetables!!!

6) also you should use some fat-burner! I had tried many of them but only one worked for me as fast as I wanted to! It was Lipo-6! I lost ~80 pounds in 3 months! No starvation!! Only LESS CALORIES + Lipo-6 + L-Carnitine + EVERYDAY RUN (WALK) = SUCCESS!!!
