i need to lose weight fast do you know of any weight loss products that could help me lose 70pounds or more?
for a cheap price and besides diet and gyms i am to bust to go there.

It called EODD,it’ s about calorie cycling.It’s broken down into “burn days” and “feed days”. During the burn days, you eat only 30-50% of your maintenance caloric intake. During the feed days, you consume up to 150% of your maintenance caloric intake. You are allowed to eat the foods that you like on these days as long as the portions are controlled.
So you can still eat your favorite food and still maintain your ideal weight.

How a teen girl can build muscle and lose loose skin after weight loss?

Ok so I am 15 and just recently lost about 45-50lbs. It wasn’t rapid weight loss because I knew I needed to give my skin time to “catch up”. I have obviously been drinking more water which should help a little with loose skin. Are their any excersises I could do to help with it? It is mostly around the top part of my arms (near my armpits) and the lower part of my stomach. It’s not too bad, but its noticeable. Also, the reason I lost all this weight (I’m still going to lose more) is because I am wanting to join the police explorers (it’s like an ROTC for police officers). I am trying to build muscle because of the pysical requirements. This is my daily routine I’m doing: 60 seconds of mountain climbers, 60 seconds or planking, 60 seconds of knee to elbow crunches 15 push-ups, and 10 stop-drop-roll push-ups/mountain climber combo. I have also taken up archery as well which has strengthened the muscles in my back and arms. I am also a brown belt in Taekwondo. Is there anything else I can add or do to help? I don’t sleep very well, and I don’t know if that would help me or not. I don’t eat breakfast either. Would that help? Again I’ve already lost like 50lbs. so I know I must be doing something right! Lol! Any advice would be great! Thanks and happy new year:)

There is nothing you can do about the loose skin.

If you want to build more muscle mass you have to do workouts that are low intensity high repetitions. (The opposite, low repetitions high intensity will build strength but won’t add muscle mass.) And you have to not work out the same muscle groups every day, the muscles need a day off after a good workout to recover and get bigger. If you want to work out every day, just alternate the muscle groups you’re targeting.

Sleeping better will definitely help.

Do herbal weight loss supplements have permanent long term effects?

Lets say someone is in his/her late teens and has been taking herbal weight loss supplements on and off since his/her early teens. Long term, would this habit lead to thyroid issues or heart issues?

It is possible if they were not used properly.
If someone has problems with weight loss he should be tested for hypothyroidism.

The following blood tests should be done: TSH, FT4, FT3 and most importantly anti-thyroid antibodies.
Normal TSH is 0.3-3. (Some doctors still use the out-dated reference range of 0.5-5.5)

I know that teens have to be careful when it comes to weight loss, but what are the worries about teenagers losing weight, what are the health benefits, and how fast should they lose weight and not put themselves at risk?

Will weight loss stunt a teens girls growth?

I’m 14 years old and I weigh almost 110 pounds and I’m 5’2. Im at a healthy weight but I want to trim maybe 15 pounds. Will this affect my growth? I have high hopes to grow taller because u haven’t started menstarting yet and my parents are taller than me. But will this weight loss stunt my growth?

Your weight is absolutely perfect but if you try to lose weight it can, to some extent, stunt your height growth.

Perhaps you need to defer any weight loss dieting untll you have reached your peak height which could be as early as at 15. Any further height growth from 15-21 is likely to be insignificant but there are exceptions such as late bloomers and you are clearly a late bloomer.
