What are some simple foods the i can eat to help me loose weight?

im fourteen, so its not easy to get all those weight loss foods.

What you have to realise is there are Dead and Live foods. The people who eat a lot and never get satisfied is because they are eating Dead Food and the body is craving Live foods.

Dead foods are all the processed meats, chips, biscuits which are loaded in fats, salt and sugars. Live foods are fruit, vegetables. I have read a book that says ” I don’t eat anything that has a head on it!”

Fruits and vegetables (Raw) are full of living enzymes that the body needs. Place these living enzymes into your body and your body will be satisfied.

Yes; you can have your junk food as a small treat. Just have everything in moderation.

If you are eating a lot of bread then cut the amount down and see how you go. Eat salads and vegetables at night (raw). This is better than the heavy pastas, pizzas, potatoes etc.
Have a look at www.hacres.com. Go the full hog or use the principles to be healthy.

Too many people are starving themselves by eating too much dead food.

How can I get my cat to lose weight?

I took in a stray, she’s a little over a yr old now. I took her to the vet to get her spayed and shots and all cleaned up and they said to give her special food to help her lose weight. She was 12lbs I gave her the special weight loss food and she is now 14.4lbs. Instead of losing she is gaining. I’m worried she’ll be considered obsese and have a heart attack, get diabetes or have problems breathing when she is asleep.

Kudos to you for taking the initiative to keep your cat healthy!
Call your vet’s office and they can help you calculate how much food she should be eating. You will probably need to feed her a set amount twice daily to make sure she isn’t over-eating. Buy her some different types of toys to see what she likes best (laser pens, feathery, crinkly, cat nip, scratchy, rattly, etc.). Encourage her to play every day.

I want to know where i can find free e-books on weight loss, bodybuilding and health food ? I have found many sites related to weight loss but none of this sites with free e-books for download. Please help !

There are lot of sites around that offer free ebooks or even newsletters that provide information about weight loss. However, it is important that you know you are getting quality information otherwise you can just be getting information overload with techniques that don’t work.

I found a great plan below that you can try.

How can I help my indoors-only 27 pound cat lose weight?

Here’s what I’ve tried so far. I’ve tried two different weight loss foods (IAMS and Purina One), each for about 8 months, giving him 1 cup a day spread out over three servings. I try to get him to play, but he refuses (the vet says there’s nothing wrong with him, though). What else can I do?!?

Try a food that doesn’t have fillers…you want to stay away from corn especially (including corn meal) and by-products…

We use the Blue Buffalo brand for our animals and it is wonderful! I know they have an indoor formula…It’s kinda pricey, but you feed sooo much less than the grocery store brands…and our pets are in excellent shape!
