What is the best weight loss supplement?

I have been working on losing weight to become healthy. I have started a very nice exercise and diet plan (i.e. lifestyle change). I have lost 20 pounds so far. However, I would like to speed that process up or at least give it a push, especially with the holidays coming around. What is the best weight loss supplement out there that will give me a boost in my efforts? Thanks.

I’m sure you’ve heard of the thermogenics like Hydroxycut. I used to work at GNC and Hydroxycut Hardcore was our #1 seller by far. The other forms of Hydrodxycut were not far behind. If you already have diet and exercise down, I’d add a thermogenic.

If a thermogenic does not interest you, perhaps a healthy, natural supplementation would suffice. You should add the following to your regimen:

-A 7 day (or more) detoxification program
-GNC Lean Shake
-CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid)

The detox alone will cleanse out your system (should be taken twice annually) and the Lean Shake is a protein powder with 8 grams of fiber per serving, keeping you full and less hungry longer. The CLA is taken by just about all bodybuilders when they are trying to lose weight. It literally turns your fat into energy, but not over night or even in a week like a thermogenic. What is the best brand for Weight loss pills?

See guys I am really going hardcore and trying to lose some weight. I heard some weight loss pills work better than others. But what is the best brand?

Hey Mark,

I’ve tried just about every diet pill under the sun, and I can tell you that the only things I’ve ever had success with were natural supplements like acai berry. I tried a lot of the products like Hydroxycut, but they only made me dizzy and nauseous, not skinny! 🙂 lol

I’d recommend you check out things like acai berry or colon cleanse products that help to boost energy levels and speed up metabolism naturally. Add them to a strictly healthy diet and a lot of exercise, and you should start to see results pretty quickly. Remember – there are no miracle pills, so if you want to lose weight, you can’t just sit around on your butt all day eating pizza!

I bought a tea today called ‘Biljana SlimX tea for losing weight‘ that claims to help you lose up to 17 pounds in 1 month due to cleansing and detoxifying your body. Does drinking weight loss teas actually work?

Green tea is a detoxifier…and cheaper.. But don’t forget water! Very important! As for weight loss, minerals, vitamins, and good food is the best! Google the affects of teas!

Is it worth taking Acai Capsules to help aid weight loss along with a good diet and exercise plan?

I’m starting to lose weight slowly with a sensible healthy diet and a workout plan

I have heard alot about Acai Capsules helping to aid weight loss

Is it worth giving it a go?

This whole acai berry thing is a scam.
Acai berries are high in antioxidants.
A diet high in antioxidant foods can increase your metabolism.
An increase in metabolism can burn more calories.
More calories burned can result in weight loss.
Acai berries cause weight loss!
That is the “stretch” these con artists are selling.
Acai berries don’t have any more antioxidants in them than blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, or blackberries. At 10 times the price because they are “exotic”.
The cleanse pills that usually come with them contain nothing more than psyllium husk powder to help you poop more. There is no such thing as a fat burner. Burning more calories than you consume is the only fat burner. None of these weight loss supplements guarantee anything unless you establish a healthy diet and exercise program. So why not just establish a healthy diet and exercise program and keep your money?
The same stretch of the imagination marketing applies to green tea capsules, maquiberry, hoodia, moyoberry, gojiberry, fruta planta, hoodia, and african mango seed extract pills.
Spending the same $2 to $5 a day on this junk would pay for a great gym membership.
The only weight loss supplement I recommend is a basic multivitamin.
A healthy diet high in both soluble and insoluble fiber is the only safe way there is.

How much weight can I expect to lose in a month?

I am becoming a raw vegan, and in addition to a wide variety of fruits and vegetables I will be eating sprouted lentils and beans and raw nuts. I currently weigh 165 embarrassing pounds and I am 5’4″. This excess weight is the result of meds for bipolar, which I will be on for life. How much weight could I expect to lose in a month? I may do raw food for cleansing and weight loss, and then start eating some cooked vegan food as a lifestyle change.

Don’t listen to dumb adds like the acai berry. All you have to do is set a plan. Plan your meals the day before, and do exercise regularly, like cardio. You can expect to burn around 2 lbs a month, if you’re lucky. If you’re like me, losing weight is a constant battle, lol. You should aim for around 1200 to 1500 calories a day, and maybe try to run or walk a mile every few days. I actually haven’t counted my calories, just how many I eat at a time(Breakfast, lunch, dinner, ect.) So I still have to do that, but.. Well yeah. I hate to ask this, because I see it everywhere way to often but…will you answer mine?


maybe it will give you ideas on a plan anyway, because that’s my plan, I just wanna know if it’s good or not 😛
