Will i lose weight by cutting calories and running every morning ?

I am seventeen years old and i weigh about 190 pounds and stand at 5’10”. I have gained alot of weight during my two year relationship and i am hoping to lose this weight before the month of june. I have looked all over the internet searching for quick weight loss and cleansing programs, but i would like to know the best way for losing weight with diet and running. I would appreiate any suggestions, thank you. 🙂

Please just give answers as oppose to saying eat healthily and excercise. I jsut want to kick start weight loss, not continue on a fast forever.

Try adding “calorie burning” activities to your daily routine. Simple ones might not need that much extra time but if you then keep at it they will add up.
Maybe when you get home,,. Instead of walking in just go round the block once. Or take the stairs instead of that elevator. Once a week, skip dinner but have a piece of celery instead. Whatever you do, stick to it, then when it has become routine, add more.
