For example underneath my arms, on my stomach, and on my thighs. It’s not a dramatic sag just kind of flabby. I find it pretty gross though and I’d like to get rid of it without surgery. Any suggestions? 😀

Would anyone care to share with me a great an easy healthy meal plan for a teenager with little time to cook and prepare food? I’m going good so far but I need some tips with the healthy eating an weight loss.

Lowfat plain yogurt
Fruit
2 Eggs
6oz Orange juice

Lunch:

Sandwich on wheat bread, no mayo.
Salad
Small handful of nuts
Spritz dressing vs bottle dressing on salad

Dinner:

Chicken or fish
Whole grain rice
Vegetables

Desert:

Fruit with a dollop of whipped cream
