How to stay motivated to lose weight?

I’m hoping to lose like 10 pounds before summer but everytime I try I find myself eating junk food! I would like some tips on what foods to eat that will keep me full for a longer amount of time and what exercises are the most effective to losing weight! Any tips would be helpful!

How to lose weight in the course of one summer ?

I would like to lose some weight before school starts up again. Seeing that i will be starting high school next year. I dont weigh that much, but i am the second fattest of all my friends and i hate feeling like the fattest. but i have absolutely no idea how to lose weight !? any tips, please ?

A quick way to lose weight is to cut out pop, drink water you’ll have more energy and you wont have all the calories from the sugar in the pop. Go on walks. Play some sports with your friends. Just try to make exercise fun and watch what you’re eating.

Im a 15 year old female who wishes to be around 130 lbs by May 🙂
I currently weigh around 170 lbs, am 5’5, and eat healthy foods (no soda or fast food). I take a one mile walk with my dog once a day and take a dance class, but remain the same weight. How can I change my routine to help me lose weight?

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It’s not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym – a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

What is the best meal plan if your trying to lose weight. And tips on how not to cheat on your diet?

Baked bean diet every meal containing pure baked beans!! I lost 4stone within a few months!!! Font eat junk food!! If u wanna cheat buy the low fat stuff eg mayonnaise (full fat) exchange for mayonnaise (low fat) or CUT OUT THE MAYONAISE OR ANY UNNESESARY FOOD!! Good luck xxx

I am 10-15 punds overweight and i really need help to lose weight….any tips?

First of all ,you need to watch the amount of food u take in .Then secondly,exercise everyday.If you are a busy person like most of us ,instead of sitting on couch and watching tv,stand up and do exercises while watching your favorite tv show.I have lost weight by doing this and also do not eat anything after 7 p.m. And if u drink something drink water after 7p.m.also leave off the sodas.i lost 8 pds in 1 week by not drinking sodas.
