What do actresses do to lose weight fast?

When actresses need to either lose weight fast, or build muscle for a movie part, what programme do they follow?

I believe actresses hire expensive trainers to help get them into shape. They use cardio/aerobics, yoga, pilates, weight resistance, strength training, and a very strict diet. And probably the occasional cosmetic surgeries to help shape the very biggest, unsolvable, problematic area. The best way to be lean is to use your own body weight as a strength builder, rather than bulky weights.
Celebrities also go to those expensive spas to detox themselves – eating a vegan diet, raw vegetables, and or getting enemas.
The best thing for weight loss is a healthy diet with a lower caloric daily intake combined with regular cardio and weight resistance will help you to lose weight and build muscle – but it is pretty gradual.

How can I lose weight fast without having to exercise so much?

I don’t care what kind of pills that will have to be taken for a fast weight loss supplement I just want to know how to lose weight fast. So I don’t care if you list any pills that will help fast. Ones that don’t have to be prescribed by doctors.

What is the best way to lose weight fast?

I need a good way to lost weight fast. I’ve already cut the pop (I used to drink around 3 cans a day) which is probbly how I got this far.

I’m 14, 5’11 and weigh 166 (I know not that bad, I just want to be down to a flat stomach)

I’m open to suggestions in diet and excercises. I would appreciate the help.

Jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
An excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

How do you lose weight fast without starving yourself?

Today is Sunday and my brother’s wedding is on Friday. I need to lose like 5-10 lbs because my bridesmaid dress is too tight!! And it won’t zip. How can I lose weight fast without starving myself? I am willing to excercise myself to the bone if that’s what it takes..
Sheba – I never ordered a small dress. Don’t just assume these things.

Oh no, I don’t know why they’d order you a dress that doesn’t fit. Well, you can’t lose weight and inches that quickly. If you HAVE to do something, drink plenty of water, exercise a lot, and eat accordingly throughout the week. But, to lose weight quick, don’t eat excess carbs, eat as little fat as possible but eat plenty of lean meat and vegetables. I don’t like to suggest this, and this is for emergency only, because it will come back, but you can Do a lot of cardio in a sweat suit the day before and you’ll lose water weight that might be enough to zip up the dress. For the future, don’t do that but if it’s your last hope, than its your call. After the wedding just strength train to build muscle and tone and do cardio when ever you can, eat healthy so you don’t experience this in the future 🙂
