What is the best way to take care of your skin when losing weight?

I’m currently in the process of losing weight. I’ve already lost 50 pounds within the last year. Im struggling with saggy skin in certain places like my arms, and “rippley” skin. Anyway to combat it besides a ton of plastic surgery??

Drink lots of water
and drink lots of green tea

and eat more proteins
less carbs. Less sugary foods cause they cause inflamation

and use cocco butter creams.. Or vitamin E cream

How much cardio do I need to lose weight?

How many hours of cardio per week do I need to do to lose weight?

I am actually doing 50 minutes of cardio 3 times per week, is that enough?

Kill it kill it kill it baby! It’s not about the absolute time, but just overall calories. Flow solution diet contains absolutely fascinating cardio training programs and it’s still free. Check that out. My personal favorite method is to find something I can do while watching telly, there are some neat machines out there for this. This way I can do it 5 times a week without killing myself!

Just make sure you’re enjoying it. You won’t have the patience to do it for long if you don’t. Best of luck!

What is the fastest way to lose weight (40 to 50 lbs) in a 4-6 month time frame?

I have always struggled to lose weight. I’ve tried everything from not eating to exercising vigorously. Nothing has helped. I even tried eating better to no avail. I do not want surgery (I couldn’t even afford it if I did) to lose weight, but I do want to shed the pounds. If you have a great way, but it’s longer than my time frame please still post a response. I am serious by the way, so please only serious suggestions/ideas. Thanks:-)

Will I lose weight if I exercise 20 minutes a day?

So I’m 5’7 and 161 pounds. If i exercise 20 minutes a day, will I lose weight?
I don’t want to drastically lose weight like 50 pounds or something, like just 15.

Of course. It is will slow, but in a run you will lose weight. But make sure you dont get a candy bar for it.

Depending what exercise. If you only want 20mins of exercise a day- do intense cardio- like running, jumping, swimming fast etc.

You should whatch a little what you eat. Refuse crappy foods. They wont make you look better.

Is it better to work out for 50 minutes straight or to break up the time?

Is it better to work out on an elliptical machine (to lose weight) for 50 minutes straight or to break that time up into smaller chunks? Does it make a difference?
Could people answer with founded support?

I think the 50 minutes is the better weight burner. I’ve heard that anything OVER 20 minutes is when you start losing fat. Also, it’s nicer to just take a shower once. =)
